E-commerce website and custom order dashboard for a growing bakery brand; making it easy for customers to place orders and for Linette to manage every cookie, cupcake, and custom order in one place.
The Challenge
Linette was juggling custom orders through text messages, DMs, and paper notes. Customers didn’t have a clear way to place orders or understand what was available, and every event order required back-and-forth messaging.
The Approach
We mapped out the full journey; from a customer discovering Linette’s online, to placing a custom order, to Nicole prepping, baking, and fulfilling that order. The goal: make it just as easy to order a dozen cookies as it is to book a large event.
The Solution
A warm, bakery-inspired website where customers can browse signature treats, view pricing ranges, and submit custom order requests without confusion.
A web-based dashboard that shows every order, status, and date, replacing scattered notes with a single source of truth.
Email notifications keep both Linette and her customers in the loop, cutting down on follow-up messages and missed information.
